The site for the health Centre is ideally situated in the heart of the Brownsover community in the area of local shops and community facilities.

The vision for the new GP premises was to offer a range of GP services in a purpose built primary care facility designed to achieve the following:

• Flexibility in how it is used and configured, so that it can accommodate different operating models easy to navigate

• A welcoming environment

• An affordable, modern clinical environment that meets compliance requirements in relation to infection control, accessible and privacy and dignity. BREEAM excellence.

• Secure but not over bearing

 

The design is based on the use of generic spaces and room sizes to support multi functional use and adaptable to changing service needs and pathways.
