A refurbishment of floors 3-5 of Broadgate House, a Grade II listed building in Coventry City Centre built in the 1960's.

 

This area of the building is the premises of Coventry City Council's child services and accommodation for safeguarding children is required. The works consist of refurbishment to all areas of these floors, including kitchens and WCs. The design and construction of a children's day area and an overnight stay area were the most intrusive elements of the works.

The building continued to function as council offices for the duration of the project. A complex programme of 6 phases was required, with the decanting of staff into temporary offices within the building until completion of each phase.
